This quilt was actually done as a pattern test for a designer. It's so fun! I wanted to make it a colorful quilt but think of all the other possibilities to have a personalized custom made qult in the colors YOU want!  
 
This one is the color of the rainbow and would be perfect for a a child's bed, a floor play quilt or a cuddle quilt on the couch.  You could even take it out to the backyard for a tea party or picnic.
Because  all materials--fabric, batting, and thread--are 100% cotton, it can be machine washed/dried.  It measures 56" x 68" so the size is just right.

The backing is from the Hungry Caterpillar collection but it's perfect to match the colors on the top. I longarm quilted it with a split-circle design in white thread to contrast with all the triangles--I couldn't resist!  
 
It's been washed with disinfectant detergent once already and is ready to be sent to it's new home.  Will it be yours?
