Lily

With Lily, first came the fabric then the pattern.  I saw this beautiful collection and knew I wanted to use it in the right quilt.  The grey, blues and greens are so relaxing and comforting.  So when the pattern test for Lily came around, I knew it was the perfect pattern for the fabric.
 
When I saw the backing fabric, I had to use it!  The design size was too large for the pieced front so the back was perfect to show off the whimsical side of the fabric collection.  
 
The longarm quilting was done by me and it was so fun to "meander" the design over the quilt in a perfectly matched thread. That way you see the design but the thread just blends in.
 
This quilt measures 58" x 76" to make the perfect throw quilt, lap quilt, or couch quilt.  Take it in the car with you. Take it on a picnic.  Because  all materials--fabric, batting, and thread--are 100% cotton, it can be machine washed/dried. It's been washed with disinfectant detergent once already and is ready to be sent to it's new home.  Will it be yours?
